Home birth essentials list

  1. 2 black bags (1 for soiled linen, 1 for soiled disposables)
  2. Linen savers 
  3. 2l ice cream container with lid (for the Placenta)
  4. Large bucket (for solution of JIK for soiled linen) Bath can also be used for this afterwards
  5. Plastic sleeve for covering bed and linen 
  6. Warm blankets for baby and mother
  7. Towels (preferably old ones) If you do not have enough let me know
  8. Hot water bottle
  9. Waterbottle ie Pump or Energade for mom 
  10. An extension cable (let me know if you do not have one, thenI will bring 2)
